Zones of Regulation
As part of our PSHE Curriculum, we are using 'The Zones of Regulation', to help the children to identify how they are feeling and how this may have an impact on their behaviour.
Please take some time to read the information that I have attached, in order to give you an overview of how we use these zones, to enable children to learn how to self regulate.
