The government have given schools a sum of money, payable over 3 terms during the academic year 2020-21, in order to assist children to catch after many missed 6 months of school from March 2020 onwards. The money equates to £80 per child per year. St Paul's has elected to use this money to fund high quality classroom cover for half a day per week to enable class teachers or our HLTA, who know the children best, and know the curriculum very well, to take catch up groups.
