Drop in to see us any morning from 08:50 to 09:00 for a chat and if needed we can make another appointment for you to come in and see us.

 

WEDNESDAY

Wednesday mornings we have our 'Book Swap' from 08:30 to 08:50 - come and get a book, have a good read over the week and then swap it for another the week after!

Wednesday 18th March

2.30-3.30 How to be kinder to yourself as a parent

There’s no such thing as a perfect parent or child. You can build on your skills to be gentler with yourself – even when it feels overwhelming.

3.30-4.30 Teasing or bullying, can you tell the difference?

Children must be protected from bullying, but also need to learn to handle some difficult situations for themselves. We will talk about bullying versus teasing and how to empower kids and help them to be resilient.

Rather than wasting time feeling guilty or anxious, if parents can learn to enjoy and make the most of the time they spend with their children, everyone will benefit.
