What’s a PTFA?

A Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA) are a fun, sociable and charitable group of parents and teachers. Its aim is to raise money to support the school and pupils. The PTFA organise the school discos, Summer and Christmas Fairs and would like to do more for the kids with your help.

What do we do with the money raised?

The money raised goes towards non-essential school activities such as subsidising the Year 6 residential trip, subsidising coaches for school trips, paying for bikes to use in school, the reward sashes and lots more……

How do I get involved?

Being part of the PTFA means giving up a couple of hours of your time every few months. It can be fun being involved in the disco, meeting other parents, and it’s very rewarding knowing that you are helping the children and their friends with things that school budgets just can’t pay for.
